Robby Robertson
Director of Parks & Recreation
Robby has been Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Texarkana, TX for over fifteen years, leaving his fingerprint on many of our community’s finest park, trail, and recreation center assets. He also provided important founding leadership to the bi-state Texarkana Hospitality Network.
Robby is a dedicated civil servant, empowering his staff, while engaging and supporting individuals throughout our whole community. Known for going above and beyond in any role, Mr. Robertson positively impacts the quality of life in Texarkana by his consistency and devotion as a mentor and leader.
Keith Beason
Community Engagement & Parks PM, CPRP
Keith is the Community Engagement and Parks Projects Manager for the Parks and Recreation Department at City of Texarkana, TX. He was a graduate of Leadership Texarkana in 2014 and is quite active in park and city activities.
Any day or weekend you can find Keith at a parks event with citizens and/or working with a construction contractor on park improvements.
He will be taking some time off this Summer as he and his fiancee will be getting married in July. Congratulations Keith!
